Manisha Koirala has primarily worked in Bollywood in the last two decades, after starting off her filmy career in late 80s with Nepali film. She made her acting debut in the Nepali film Pheri Bhetaula (1989). A year later, Koirala made her Bollywood debut with the top-grossing drama Saudagar (1991). After that she has worked in numerous Indian films, and received several awards.
