Kantipur Television, popularly known as KTV, is a one of the top private television station in Nepal. Launched in July of 2003, KTV is licensed for terrestrial and satellite transmission, and owned by Kantipur Media Group. This publication house has a number of other notable publications such as The Kathmandu Post, and Kantipur (daily). It also has radio station, which is very popular in Nepal. This television telecasts shows like Fireside (with Bhusan Dahal), Harke Haldar, What the Flop, Sajha Sawal, Call Kantipur, etc...
