Levitating cars in China - Floating cars

Vans and car appear to fly, levitate in a Chinese intersection. This video is camera surveillance footage shows three cars in the busy road in China lifted up in the air for few seconds, and dropped on the road. This video went viral on Youtube and other social medias.
This is not any supernatural power or anything magical. This all happened after the wire fall on the road.
